AplicaLogo is a web platform that allows users to:

• Upload images and logo files
• Apply logos to images automatically
• Customize position, size and opacity of logos
• Download processed images with logos applied
• Process multiple images simultaneously

Services are provided through a web interface and require account creation for full access.

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activity on your account

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use AplicaLogo to:

• Apply your own brand/logo to images
• Process images for legitimate commercial purposes
• Create marketing materials for your business

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use AplicaLogo to:

• Process images that infringe third-party copyrights
• Use logos or trademarks without authorization
• Create illegal, defamatory or offensive content
• Process pornographic or inappropriate images
• Perform activities that violate applicable laws
• Attempt to break or compromise platform security
• Use the service for spam or malware distribution

5.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the images and logos you upload. We do not claim ownership over your content.

5.2 License for Processing

By uploading content, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process your images and apply logos according to your instructions.

5.3 Automatic Removal

Your images are automatically deleted from our servers immediately after processing and download. We do not keep copies.

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Suspend service in case of technical issues
• Modify features and functionality
• Implement security measures as needed

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data or content
• Lost profits or indirect damages
• Problems caused by third parties
• Improper use of the service by the user
• Infringement of third-party rights by the user

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
